Transfers to and Sharing with other Companies within the Mayborn Group: Personal Information, including Personal Information of a sensitive nature, such as information about your or your baby's health or condition (such as your stage of pregnancy), may also be shared or transferred to 2 other UK companies in the Mayborn group, of which Mayborn USA, Inc., forms part. The 2 companies concerned are Jackel International Limited and Sangenic International Limited ("Mayborn Companies"). The Mayborn Companies may use your Personal Information for the same purposes that we are allowed to use your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy or other consents you have given, and any reference in this Privacy Policy to "Mayborn USA", "us", "we" or "our" shall be deemed to include a reference to the relevant Mayborn Company or Companies.

Transfers or Personal Information outside of Canada : We may transmit any of the Personal Information we have collected to Mayborn Companies or service providers in other countries, including the United States and the United Kingdom. These countries may have privacy and data protection laws that differ from those in Canada. As a result, the Personal Information may be subject to access requests from foreign governments, courts, law enforcement officials and national security authorities in those countries according to their laws. Subject to these laws, we will ensure that appropriate protections are in place to maintain protections on the Personal Information that are equivalent to those that apply in Canada.
